This is a pretty straightforward layout. I love the way the wood grain paper pairs with the red, making a perfect combination for some deep colored flowers.
My Heart! I love this one! And it is so simple to make. The heart is cut out using a framelit die. Put all together, it reminds me of a beloved tree trunk.
What the picture doesn’t show is the detailed layers and scoring in this card – it really pops!
This “scripty” card is sweet and elegant. It features an embossing folder and thinlits to create a cohesive look.
The Sheltering Tree stamp is one of my favorites, and adding the dimensional, stamped circles makes it even better – a sweet card to send during autumn months.
If this card looks like it took some time to make, it did! What you can’t see in the picture is the paper piercing along the edges of the red banner. And, each of the flowers and leaves on the white were individually inked with markers. Thankfully, I love how it turned out!
