At our Fall Getaway, our welcome gifts included a colorful variety of paper centered around the days of the week. Over the next few weeks we will be sharing our Inspiration Board projects we created with paper and embellishments from the welcome gift. We hope you enjoy!
I’m really happy with how this layout turned out! I love that I was able to use my scraps in a creative way, and use so many different patterns, while still making it look cohesive.
The chevron die that I used for the background on this paper is one of my new purchases, and I couldn’t be happier with it! Between the chevron, the white pom-pom trim, and the super-sweet sentiment, this card has become one of my favorites.
I plan on mass-producing this card to have on hand when a friend or family member is sick. It’s a very simple design, but I think the patterns and colors really make it pop! I think the steam that curls into the shape of “Get Well Soon” is the best part!
This cute little envelope holds a fun surprise inside- an adorable birthday card that reads “It’s a Cupcake Kind of Day!” Plus, I had the opportunity to use my envelope punch board to make the envelope. Hooray!
I love my Crafty Hearts friends! I had them in mind when I designed this card. I made the Polaroid frame by using a rectangle, then using a square die to cut out the middle. It turns out that there are already Polaroid dies that would have made this card even faster and easier to make. Who knew, right? 😉
Blue, gray, dotted paper, white pom-pom trim, an elephant, and a clever phrase (elephant..BIG NEWS…get it? 😉 ) make for a cute card. I can see myself remaking this card in the not-so-distant future in a variety of colors!
Next week…more Inspiration Board projects! 🙂
